Monaghan to its Board of Directors. Both executives will play key roles in guiding the organization through its upcoming phase of commercial evolution and market expansion.
Matt Monaghan brings over 35 years of global business leadership across public and private companies, spanning executive, board, and operating roles. With a career centered on scaling early-stage businesses and executing operational turnarounds, Mr. Monaghan currently leads ReadiPOD LLC. He previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Zimmer Holdings (now Zimmer Biomet, NYSE: ZBH), where he led the $1.3 billion global hip implant business and corporate R&D. His extensive background also includes executive roles at Invacare, CD Diagnostics, Texas Pacific Group, and Cerebrus Capital Management.
Mike Frazzette also brings over 35 years of global business leadership across public and private companies, most recently serving as President and CEO of Laborie Medical Technologies, a global specialist in Urology, Gastroenterology, and Maternal Health, from 2017 to 2025. Prior to Laborie, he spent 11 years at Smith & Nephew plc (London: SN.L) in high-level executive leadership roles, most notably as Chief Commercial Officer. Mr. Frazzette’s deep industry roots also include 16 years at Tyco Healthcare in various leadership and executive positions.
