Keller Williams Welcomes Over 21,000 KSCORE® Graduates

Keller Williams Realty, LLC (KW), the world’s largest real estate franchise, announces that 21,086 graduates of its Keller Successful Career Opportunities in Real Estate® (KSCORE) program have become KW-affiliated agents since September 2021.

KSCORE offers online, asynchronous real estate training, including state-approved courses provided by Kaplan Real Estate Education, part of global education company Kaplan. Since September 2021, KSCORE participants who have become KW-affiliated agents have transacted 53,424 homes totaling approximately $15.5 billion in sales volume, as of July 31.

“We’ve always said we are a people development company specializing in coaching and training that happens to be in real estate,” said Jason Abrams, Chief Industry and Strategy Officer, KW. “KSCORE is that promise at scale. As more people choose KW and turn learning into closings, it has us fired up for what’s next.”

Through KSCORE, Kaplan Real Estate Education provides state-approved pre-licensing curricula for aspiring real estate agents, and continuing education courses for existing agents1.

“Our five-year relationship with Keller Williams reflects a shared commitment to helping aspiring and current real estate professionals build the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished together and excited to continue building on that momentum as we expand the program’s reach nationwide,” said Toby Schifsky, vice president, Kaplan Real Estate Education. “As the real estate industry continues to evolve, we look forward to working alongside Keller Williams to help more professionals navigate a changing landscape and achieve their career goals.”

Kaplan Real Estate Education’s platform offers distinct education-delivery formats, including home study, online, and live online courses, along with flexible schedules and a wide selection of state-approved courses and packages.

“KSCORE gives access, but KW has the platform to make you successful in this business,” said KJ Johnson, a San Antonio, Texas-based, KW-affiliated agent with Keller Williams® Lake Travis. “Why wouldn’t you go with a real estate company that cares about you enough to put you through licensing, knowing that they may not have you on their team?”

As a trailblazing real estate training offering, KSCORE also offers business and professional development strategies. Participants will have access to tools, tips, and personalized coaching built on KW’s award-winning training and coaching programs.

KW and Kaplan Real Estate Education have plans to scale the KSCORE program further nationwide. For a listing of U.S. States where KSCORE is currently available, visit https://kscore.kw.com/disclosures.

“KSCORE is a direct expression of our commitment to equity by removing barriers to those who are seeking a career in real estate,” said Natalie Davis, Director of Community Growth, KW. “By taking cost off the table for the participant, this program creates pathways for those who might not otherwise have access to the type of training that leads to a successful career in real estate, ensuring that more voices and communities are represented in our industry.”

Announced in Q3 ’26, Kaplan has also expanded its education collaboration with KW through the All Access Family Pass, giving KW-affiliated agents and their families access to hundreds of courses across a broad range of education, test preparation, professional development, and career-advancement programs2.
